SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Semi-Private Personal Training offers flexible, affordable and individualized one-on-one coaching in a fun and and supportive small group format. Many clients sign up to train with a friend, while others make new friends while they are here! Sessions last one hour and are capped at four people per hour so that each client gets the highest level of detail and attention. Our skilled trainer, Stefanie will craft a personalized program to accommodate your goals, needs and schedule and you will work independently during each session under Stefanie's watchful eye. This is the most affordable variation of one-on-one coaching available at Rain City Fit.
SESSIONS ARE OFFERED Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Mornings from 6:30-9:30AM. Sessions are by Apt ONLY.
Semi-Private Personal training with Stefanie was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself.
