Led by Steven Davis, RCF’s head trainer/coach/human performance specialist, these 50 mins classes are designed to get you stronger, more fit, and moving better. The goal is not just to come in and burn 800 calories doing a million burpees. We will help you progress through smart programming. Training, not just exercising.

STRENGTH: Build Strong muscles and joints
HIIT: High intensity metabolic workouts designed to get you a great fat torching workout at any level
CORE: Strong from the inside out. This isn’t crunches on a mat, but your abs will be sore
MOBILITY: Improve flexibility and mobility, become more athletic and reduce tension in tight muscles
