Rain City Fit offers boot camps offer Strength training, core and cardio for all ability levels.

Rain City Fit boot camps are a great way to exercise in a fun group setting, whether it's your first time in a gym or you are a seasoned vet. Classes last 50 minutes and will put you through an ever-changing combination of strength and cardio exercises, from TRX-suspension training to sled pulls and kettle bell swings to keep you challenged and motivated. Our boot camps are kept small so you always get personal attention and instruction.
